Mrs. Cheryl Moore

Mrs. Cheryl Moore is our third grade teacher at St. Patrick School. Her depth of love for teaching third graders inspires and guides them on their journey toward increased independence! This will be Mrs. Moore’s 17^th year as an educator, with
fourteen years in second grade, one year in third grade, and one year as a
county substitute teacher.

Cheryl attended St. Patrick School as a student before going on
to graduate from Lewis County High School. She then attended West Virginia Wesleyan College and Glenville State University.  Mrs. Moore was a member of the education honor sorority, Phi Delta Kappa, while a student at Glenville.  She graduated from Glenville with honors, earning a BA in Education.

Mrs. Moore currently lives in Upshur County with her husband, Jerry. They have two
daughters, Emily and Abbie, and four grandchildren, Isaiah, Andrew, Alex, and
Elizabeth. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys learning about the lives of the saints. One of her favorite saints is Elizabeth
Ann Seton, as she is the patron of Catholic Schools and educators!
